II. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND JOB FUNCTIONS
Proactively collaborate
with other Departments:
- Corporate Communications: to
ensure that that all global marketing messages are consistent with
the science behind the Company’s products and services, as well as
their positions in the marketplace.
- Learning & Development:
to communicate best practices and share knowledge of
Industrial/Organizational Psychology and the psychological
assessment industry with the Consultants.
- Product Manager: to ensure
that product design is scientifically valid and that our
accompanying materials accurately represent our
products.
Maintain SME status
regarding topics related to our business in the field of
Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
Establish and maintain SME
status as to the scientific approach and validity of the products
and related services of major competitors.
Contribute to public
relations and communications efforts as a representative of PI
Worldwide. This includes explaining the science behind all PI
Worldwide products and services, providing thought leadership,
credibility, and conveying information regarding the reliability,
validity, and appropriate use (within EEOC and other guidelines) of
all PI Worldwide products and services.
Participate in on-going
research as necessary to maintain, increase, and protect the
scientific validity of all PI Worldwide products and services.
Identify and suggest enhancements/updates to PI Worldwide products
or services that will further this outcome.
Conduct criterion-related
Validity Studies for Clients, working collaboratively with
Consultants as needed. This includes, but is not limited to,
probing for and gathering data, data analysis, writing and
presentation of final conclusions, and guiding stakeholders in how
to interpret and take action from the results.
Additional projects and
duties as may be reasonably assigned.
Decision Making and Judgment:
- This position requires
high-level decision making abilities and sound business
judgment.
