About the Job

Continued expansion in boutique firm has created an opening for an experienced organizational development senior consultant. The qualified candidate will possess a PhD in IO or Clinical Psychology with a minimum of 10 years field experience and demonstrated proficiency in the core competencies listed below. The successful candidate’s experience will include designing and leading change interventions for individuals as well as for corporate and private enterprises. The candidate will possess a genuine mastery in building trust and persuading individuals, teams, and executives to engage in new ways and reach higher levels of performance excellence. A natural networker who builds positive relationships and demonstrates political awareness and a deep understanding of how to apply behavioral science to achieve business results is required.

Job Requirements


Experience that allows you to immediately:

·  Establish a book of business with an emphasis on long-term client success

·  Be active and visible to the business community in the OH, IN and KY Tri-State area

·  Operate with the highest levels of client service, both externally and internally

·  Offer a suite of solutions to clients, helping them to achieve their organizational goals

·  Conduct needs assessments of potential and existing clients and design proposals 

·  Navigate the client’s operational & cultural complexity

·  Work effectively at all levels in the client’s organization

·  Work closely with Firm management to ensure that deadlines are met  

·  Operate with a continuous improvement mindset—refreshing existing designs  

·  Work as a team member and support projects led by other consultants
