The Talent Management Associate will provide a variety of research and analytical deliverables to support TalentQuest clients, consultants and project teams.  More specifically, this position will be responsible for analyzing data and producing reports for client deliverables.  This position will work on a variety of research and analytically-driven projects including (but not limited to) client  surveys, TQ Assessment position profiles, compensation and rewards analysis, job analysis, and other talent management-based projects. 

Responsibilities include project execution, ongoing communication with internal client managers and/or clients, as well as producing solutions-based reports and presentations for clients.  This role will work independently on a number of projects as well as cooperatively with internal stakeholders and senior consultants.

The Talent Management Associate will work with a broad range of clients and industries in a stimulating environment, participating as an integral member of project teams to help design strategic solutions that support clients' success in the areas of human capital optimization and talent management.  You may provide quantitative and qualitative analysis to support consulting initiatives employing a variety of data analysis tools including Microsoft Excel and SPSS.  This position will also be involved in writing and/or structuring highly customized client presentations and reports that will be presented to senior management, executives and boards of directors. In addition, this role may also research other sources to solicit industry knowledge, company news, competitor reports on industry trends, etc.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Excel and experience with SPSS
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong business acumen and presentation skills
  • Experience with workforce analytics/metrics, researching ROI for common HR programs, scorecards/dashboards
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to navigate multiple, concurrent client projects in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Proven organizational skills, analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong work ethic and personal commitment to excellence
  • Ability to work independently while being team-oriented and collaborative
  • A thorough understanding of the survey process and project management principles
  • Superior computer skills especially in MS Word; MS Excel; MS Outlook
  • Four year degree in I/O Psychology, Human Resources, Statistics or other applicable field(s)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and SPSS
  • Experience in the Talent Management industry
  • Experience working in an external or internal consulting or project manager role a plus
  • Master’s Degree in I/O Psychology, Human Resources, Statistics or other applicable field(s)
