3M is seeking an APAC Testing and Assessment Manager with an M.A. or Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology to join our HR Measurement group. The HR Measurement group has global responsibilities for employee selection, executive assessment, organizational survey research, employment brand, retention and engagement. This position will provide services in the fast growing Asia-Pacific area, and will be located in Shanghai, China. This is a new position being added to the current staff to meet increased global demand for services.
Primary responsibilities include: Designing and implementing employee assessment and testing programs and managing existing assessment and testing programs; ensuring compliance with legal requirements and professional standards; and preserving alignment with 3M’s testing and assessment policies, philosophies and practices. The manager will collaborate with clients to understand assessment needs and align solutions to these needs, continuously improving services; and will advise clients regarding the proper use of assessment and testing programs. Other activities include working with psychologists on HR Measurement global projects as assigned, managing vendors and associated service contracts and assessment budgets.
