About the Job

Key responsibilities include:

Design and deliver organizational survey research and related consulting services

  • Work with clients to understand their needs and strategic goals
  • Design surveys and assessments that will link to business outcomes
  • Manage all aspects of client engagements
  • Identify new and innovative ways to address client needs
  • Deliver results in a manner that helps clients gain insights into their business, and guides them on a path forward
  • Provide follow-up services including manager training, advanced analytics and qualitative research as needed.

Partner with business development team

  • Contribute to proposals, determine project budgets
  • Participate in sales presentations
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients

Contribute to overall company success

  • Focus on helping the team build a successful, profitable business
  • Understand delivery expectations, scale time and effort accordingly and manage scope in collaboration with the client
  • Deliver projects efficiently, leveraging existing work where possible
  • Identify new market and product opportunities
  • Look for efficiencies, better tools, better techniques

Job Requirements

  • Graduate degree in I/O Psychology or related field
  • 3-5+ years of survey research consulting experience
  • Solid understanding of psychometrics and multivariate statistics
  • Demonstrated presence and ability to work with senior leaders
  • Superior communications skills – verbal (one on one and presentation) and written
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging, informative presentations
  • Entrepreneurial – develops business, uses initiative, self-managing
  • Meets commitments - delivers accurately and on time for clients
  • Team player – adaptable, collaborative, with a positive attitude and a sense of fun
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – forthright, engaging, low-ego
  • A disciplined and well organized project manager who is able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
