We are looking for someone with a PhD and an entrepreneurial and strategic headset with the capacity to help the Institute grow in the next decade. Directorship requires a one-year commitment, allows for significant virtual work and includes an office at Harvard Medical School/McLean in Belmont MA. Hours to be negotiated,, but vary from 20 – 30 to leave time for one’s coaching practice. Director will report to Carol Kauffman PhD, APBB, Founder-Executive Director of the Institute & partner with Director of Marketing & Sponsorships.
1. Develop and drive strategic opportunities for expansion to new marketsCo-develop strategy and outreach to drive membership. Respond to education and coaching inquiries and mentoring as appropriate. Liaise with coaching and other organizations and strategic partner.
2. Write and manage creation of quality educational online and conference offerings Drive, manage and edit/write MasterCasses &Teleclasses based on conference and other materials. Develop and supervise a team of education and outreach volunteers. Manage content of public and private membership website
3. Manage research grant award, grant processes, reviewers and support personnel
