About the Job

The OMD Associate will work within the Organization and Management Development (OMD) team to support the Frito-Lay frontline employee selection process and other systems associated with Core People Processes (employee surveys and development tools). 

 Responsibilities include:

  • - First line contact to support field hiring managers and HR with frontline selection processes and policies
  • - Systems ownership of online selection tools (Applicant Tracking System, Screening Tools)
  • - Measurement, tracking, and analysis of key HR metrics related to frontline selection
  • - Assist in validation projects and documentation of validation practices for selection system (ex: minimum qualifications)
  • - Develop interview guides for key frontline and salaried roles using existing competency models
  • - Maintain compliance and communication of frontline selection policies and processes including reporting and regular internal compliance audits of front-line selection processes
  • - Coordinate with compliance and legal team to support OFCCP and external selection audits and individualized review of candidate background information
  • - Train field clients using mixed methods of delivery (instructor lead, eLearning, webinars, etc.) on systems and hiring processes including the Applicant Tracking System
  • -Assist with vendor management of multiple frontline selection vendors
  • -Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • - Identification, design, and implementation of proactive selection solutions for field group based on common questions and future needs
  • -Assist in execution, analysis and management of 360 feedback system, engagement survey data, and other ongoing employee survey projects
  • -Responsible for budget support, invoicing, and JEs for the field and multiple vendors
  • -Additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Industrial Psychology or related field preferred (ABD candidates, M.A., and M.S. in I/O candidates will be considered)
  • Training/systems implementation experience
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • Vendor Management Experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with SPSS and expertise with basic statistical analyses (descriptive statistics, correlation, regression, ANOVA)
  • Oracle Financials-R12, XNET Reporting
  • Experience with Articulate Software preferred
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Effective Multitasking/Prioritization Skills
  • Effective Relationship Building Skills
  • Detail oriented, self-starter and critical thinker with willingness to work on a variety of tasks and projects both independently and with team
