Primary areas of focus will be in the area of HR Analytics providing leaders with insights from people data to help them to make decisions that build strategic advantage, mitigate risk and maximize the impact of critical initiatives. This person will also participate in the design, development and implementation of an HR analytics tool and executive dashboards and reporting. A second area of focus will be in the area of selection assessments leading the development and implementation of selection tools in accordance with professional and legal standards to deliver a competitive advantage for our company. This person will monitor the performance of existing selection tools to ensure that they are job related and appropriate for their intended use.
