Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge: Advanced, Ph.D. level understanding of
current I-O methods, principles, guidelines and legal principles,
with a special emphasis on selection, assessment, test development,
test validation, and psychometrics.
- Skills: Interpersonal skills, technical proficiency,
problem solving/analytical skills, statistical analysis.
- Abilities: Strong skill and desire to work
with large databases in SPSS (required), Excel
(required), SEM software (preferred), and IRT software
- Other Characteristics: ability to sustain focus and work
hard, client servicing skills, presentation skills, integrity, team
orientation, self development focus, high level of good judgment
with moderate amount of autonomy.
- This role will be part of the Selection and Assessment team,
and experience or exposure to this area is required.
- Completion (or ABD with planned graduation date) of a
Ph.D. graduate program in I-O Psychology or related field.
- Applied experience during education such as internships,
applied testing projects, assessment related work, validation
studies, management of large databases, SPSS related projects, test
development and validation.
