Welcome to the Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences at Texas A&M University! Our faculty members and students share three goals:

We offer undergraduate training in Psychological and Brain Sciences to approximately 1,400 students. We engage students in opportunities for field experiences and research with faculty and graduate students. We focus on developing the ability to think critically about how to ask and answer questions about human and animal behavior, with the goal of improving the human condition. Students have opportunities to learn from scholars who are leaders in the field on a variety of topics in psychology. 

About the Job

Psychology Master's Program Director- TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY. The Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences (http://psychology.tamu.edu) at Texas A&M University invites applications for a non-tenure track Instructional Assistant Professor position. The start date is flexible but is expected to be no later than June 1st, 2018.  The successful candidate will facilitate launching and maintaining a highly regarded terminal master's program in I/0 psychology. We seek candidates who are enthusiastic about the opportunity to develop this new program, mentor master's students, and build connections to local and national corporations. Applicants should have a strong record of instruction and a commitment to graduate education. A master's in Industrial/Organizational psychology or a closely-related field is required; Ph.D. is preferred.
