The ideal candidate for this
internship is ABD in an I/O Psychology doctoral program with
significant education and interest in the area of assessment &
selection. Candidates who have completed a
terminal Master's degree in I/O Psychology will also be
considered. The role requires full-time, on-site
availability for about 12 months.
We’re
looking for someone who has the following skills & background:
· Strong proficiency in research methods and statistical/analytical skills

High level of organization
& attention to detail
·
Strong oral and written communication skills
·
Background in
and knowledge of job analysis, competency model development, test development,
validation, and adverse impact analyses
· Solid understanding of professional, ethical, and legal standards in employment testing,
measurement, and selection (SIOP, APA Standards, AERA, Uniform Guidelines, OFCCP, etc.)
· Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
