Position Description

Responsibilities for the position include:

• individual psychological assessment;

• organization analysis, structuring, and development;

• consultation regarding general human resources/ personnel management issues;

• team assessment and development;

• executive development and coaching on human relations skills and other issues related to the executive’s personal growth, management and development of people, relationship issues with coworkers, and general problem solving and decision making;

• design and implementation of succession planning and talent management programs;

• and survey work (e.g. 360° feedback, employee opinion).
