The presentation will describe the talent management system that Microsoft has built to capture and leverage key experiences for each of the career tracks the company. The presentation will focus on the talent management framework, implementation issues, how it is being integrated into other HR systems, and lessons learned.  

Learning Objectives:

  • To introduce participants to customized reduced load work as a new flexibility work form to retain talent.
  • To share longitudinal research on the challenges, myths and realities of reduced load work
  • To give examples of how to implement reduced load work and reduce workloads in ways that also foster company productivity.
