How to Teach Corporate Executives to Tap Dance and Sing in the Context of Organizational Development

Presenter: David Campbell

A 30 minute DVD, plus discussion time, of corporate managers performing as a "team of teams," similar to an orchestra with its instrumental teams.  In three days, 60+ science-oriented managers conceived, scripted, cast, rehearsed and presented their own "symphony," under the guidance of a symphony conductor, choral director, voice coach, dance instructor, stage director, two keyboard artists, and several psychologists. High energy input/output; not your usual training program.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Discuss and plan for the use of artistic activities in leadership development programs.
  2. Create training programs that energize the participants and create a sense of bonding and trust.
  3. Appreciate the range of talent necessary to conduct programs that are "outside of the box."
