David N. DiGiulio
David N. DiGiulio is a former Research & Development and Human Resources executive for the Procter & Gamble Co. Following internships at Corning (NY) Hospital, Thatcher Glass Manufacturing Co., and Ingersoll-Rand, Dave joined P&G full time in 1971 in Oral Care Product Development. Assignments of increasing responsibility (mostly in the Beauty, Health, and Laundry Product Development areas) led to the positions of Director, North America Laundry Product Development in 1985, and Director, North America Cosmetics and Fragrances in 1994.
In 1995, he moved to Egham, UK as VP-Research & Development Health & Beauty Care Europe/Africa/Middle East. Responsibilities in both the R&D and HR areas followed his return to the US in 1999: VP-R&D (Innovation & Mastery), VP- Global Learning and Leadership Development, and VP-Global Beauty Care R&D. He retired from P&G in 2004.
Dave has six US patents, and holds BS and ME degrees in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.
