Lee J. Konczak, PhD
Director of Executive Development & Selection Systems
Lee has over 20 years of professional experience in human resource and organization development consulting, university teaching, and line management. In his consulting, Lee specializes in leadership development, executive assessment and coaching, managerial selection, and organizational effectiveness. He has worked with large and small companies in a variety of industries including consumer products, manufacturing, banking, utilities and the public sector.
Lee has taught courses at Washington University, University of Missouri-St. Louis, and Webster University. He has held professional and managerial positions with Anheuser-Busch and the Missouri Department of Mental Health. Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts from Oakland University, a Master of Arts from Central Michigan University and a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Lee has published articles and book reviews in several professional journals including Training and Development, Personnel Psychology, Applied H. R. M. Research, and Educational and Psychological Measurement.
Dr. Konczak is currently Director of Executive Development & Selection Systems at Anheuser-Busch Companies in St. Louis, Missouri. In that role, he manages the executive education function including custom program development for A-B’s executive leadership team. He also manages A-B’s high potential development programs and all selection and assessment programs utilized within the company.
