Lindsey Kotrba is currently the Director of Research and Development at Denison Consulting. As director of the R&D team, Lindsey helps maintain the organization’s research efforts which focus on organizational culture and leadership and the impact that they have on the performance and effectiveness of organizations. Her primary responsibilities involve preparing articles for publication, guiding new product development and analyzing and managing client databases. Lindsey’s educational background is in idustrial-oganizational (I-O) psychology. She received her PhD in I-O from Wayne State University.
Before joining Denison, Lindsey taught courses in statistics and measurement, social psychology, and I- psychology. She also continues to teach at Wayne State University where she is currently teaching a master’s level statistics and measurement course. Lindsey has also been an active researcher both publishing and presenting at conferences such as SIOP and APA. Her research interests include job satisfaction, work and family balance, organizational culture and leadership.
