Innovation in the Real World

Innovation is a buzz word that many management teams use, but few can transform into a sustained competitive advantage.  To assure success, organizations must address innovation as a shift in culture and leadership mindset.  A case study of Best Buy, a Fortune 72 company, illustrates practical methods to address this challenge.
