The Ethics of Coaching

Presenters:  Jeff McHenry and Sandy Shullman

Two esteemed psychologists, one presenting an executive coach’s point of view, the other presenting the point of view of a sponsoring organization, will discuss potential ethical dilemmas in executive coaching.  This session will highlight key ethical issues often faced by both coaches and organizations and what both should be aware of as they enter into a coaching engagement.
