Evaluating the ROI of Coaching

When evaluation is viewed as a process enabling people to articulate the value of their coaching experience, new ways open up to convert this value to monetary benefits. People explain how they applied what they learned from coaching and estimate the organizational impact these actions created. Some of this impact is converted to monetary benefits, and given the cost of the coaching, ROI can be calculated.
