Nuts and Bolts:  Developing a Global System (breakouts – rotations)

This highly interactive session will focus on the “how to’s” behind developing global selection systems.  Participants will choose from among 6 breakout groups and rotate through 3 of these to share thoughts or pose questions to others.  Topics will include developing global competency models, comparability of assessment results across cultures, designing standardized testing practices globally, recruiting on a global basis, and two topics suggested in the morning reflection session.  Each breakout will have a facilitator to keep  the discussion flowing.

Learning Objectives
1.  Compare practices and approaches to resolving typical challenges in developing global selection systems
2.  Apply prior experiences to problems posed in other organizations, industries and cultures
3.  Discuss new and emerging methods for tackling selection system design on a global scale
