Prior to joining Merck, Eric held similar roles at retailer Williams-Sonoma and at AT&T, implementing assessment processes and tools for a wide range of talent management functions, including succession planning, executive selection, and selection of sales managers, sales employees, store managers, and call center employees. Eric received his BA in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and his MA & PhD in industrial-organizational psychology from the University of Maryland.
