What is I-O?

Industrial-organizational (I-O) psychology is the scientific study of the workplace. Rigor and methods of psychology are applied to issues of critical relevance to business, including talent management, coaching, assessment, selection, training, organizational development, performance, and work-life balance.

Learning Lab

This session will provide participants with a chance to view tools and innovations that other attendees have developed.  Assessments, training programs, web marketing tools, and other innovations that have been rolled out across countries will be presented in short tabletop demonstrations.  You will have a chance to rotate among demonstrations to see what others have developed for successful cross-culture implementation.
