Sara P. Weiner, PhD
Sara P. Weiner, Ph.D., is a Principal with Kenexa and serves as a Kenexa consulting director and executive consultant. Using over 20 years of results-focused experience she leads a team of consultants that use the spectrum of Kenexa products and services including employee surveys to drive business strategies that improve organizational performance for large national and international companies.
Before joining Kenexa in 2007, Sara spent more than 16 years with IBM responsible for conducting enterprise-wide survey research and other major initiatives. Sara was an IBM representative to the IT Survey Group and the Mayflower Group, and was Mayflower Research Chair and a board member.
Sara is a frequent presenter at international conferences and has published a number of book chapters and articles in her areas of interest. She holds a Doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Connecticut and is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, for which she served as Program Chair for the 2010 annual conference and is the Chair for the October 2012 Leading Edge Consortium entitled: “Environmental Sustainability at Work: Advancing Research, Enhancing Practice.”
