Mark Kizilos, Ph.D.
Mark Kizilos is the founder of Experience-Based Development Associates, LLC and the creator of FrameBreaking.com. His organization provides workshops, coaching support and consulting to organizations seeking to accelerate the development of leadership talent.
Prior to creating his company, Mark served for four years as Assistant Dean of Executive Education at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. In this capacity he led a team of professionals that created world class development experiences for executives at top companies in the Midwest.
Prior to his role as Assistant Dean, Mark worked as a corporate executive for Thomson Reuters, a consultant, and a professor. In these roles his work focused on creating effective talent review processes, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management. His talent management and experience-based development work with leading corporations such as Delta Air Lines, PepsiCo, RBC Royal Bank, Target, and WellPoint have been cited as best practices by Harvard Business Review and the Corporate Leadership Council.
Mark has a Ph.D. in Management & Organization from the University of Southern California, a Master of Organizational Behavior degree from Brigham Young University, and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
