Christopher T. Rotolo
Christopher Rotolo is the Senior Director of Organization Measurement & Assessment for PepsiCo, where his team is responsible for PepsiCo supporting his corporate clients on OD initiatives such as culture and engagement, leadership, and people planning. He is also responsible for PepsiCo’s enterprise-wide high potential assessment and identification processes as well as competency modeling. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Christopher led the Leadership Strategy and Research team within IBM’s Global Executive and Organization Capability group, where he was responsible for developing IBM’s strategy for leadership development, as well as designing and developing IBM’s leadership competency model, leadership assessment process, assessment centers, high potential identification, and social network analysis research. Christopher’s prior experiences have involved external consulting – both in large firms and small, as well as local and federal government experience. Christopher earned his Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. He is a member of the America Psychological Society, Society of Industrial/Organizational Psychology and past president of Metropolitan New York Association of Applied Psychology. He is a frequent presenter at professional conferences and has authored a variety of articles and book chapters. Christopher is also an adjunct professor at New York University’s Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, where he teaches Human Resource Assessment and Selection as well as Organizational Climate and Culture.
