Kevin Cook

Kevin Cook leads the growth and management of DDI’s assessment operations on a global level. He drives efficiency and standardization while maintaining a global, regional, and local focus on customer needs. He also has responsibility for ensuring that processes, capabilities, and measurement systems are maximally effective.

Kevin has more than 20 years of experience in design, development, implementation, and evaluative research of assessment and development methodologies at all employee levels. He has worked in DDI’s Center for Applied Behavioral Research (CABER), Selection Solutions Group, and Executive Solutions Group, and has led the Prototype Team, which was chartered to develop and refine implementation models for new products and services.

Kevin presents frequently at leading conferences and events and has published numerous articles on topics such as leadership assessment and development and hiring best practices. He also coauthored Career Paths:  Charting Courses to Success for Organizations and Their Employees.

Kevin, an active member of the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology (SIOP), has a Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology from the University of South Florida and an M.A. in industrial-organizational psychology from the University of New Haven. He is certified to deliver numerous DDI programs.
