Manuelle Charbonneau, PhD

Manuelle Charbonneau, Ph.D., is a French/American Executive Advisor to senior leaders and teams. She brings over 25 years of leadership development, executive coaching, consulting and international experience to her work with global leaders, high potentials and entrepreneurs. Bilingual and bicultural, she consults in person and via videoconferencing to clients dispersed around the world.

Manuelle majored in International Business at Audencia Business School in France and worked internationally in Europe. She has lived or worked in over 27 countries, from farming goats in Norway, to working on archeological excavations in Bulgaria, to coaching global executives. Her career includes over a decade as a systemic and psychoanalytic psychotherapist, and several years as a change management consultant. Prior to founding Charbonneau Leadership Consulting, she led leadership development and career development activities for the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, the $1.6B wholesaler of water for the region.

Her clients range from global Fortune 500 to Silicon Valley startups across sectors: pharmaceutical, luxury, R&D, high tech, aerospace, academia, professional firms, nonprofits, entrepreneurs and startups. Her dissertation on the selection and use of technology in executive coaching has been used as a reference worldwide. And she agrees that she drinks too much tea.
