SIOP Professional Membership Certificate
SIOP professional members (Fellows, Members, Associates, International Affiliates, and Retired Statuses) are eligible to receive a complimentary SIOP membership certificate. This 8.5" x 11" two-color printed document, signed by the current SIOP President and Membership Chair, has a gold seal embossed with the SIOP logo and is suitable for framing.
Certificates are mailed once a month to all new professional members from the previous 30 days. If you have been a member for a while but misplaced or did not receive your free certificate, please contact the SIOP Membership Services Manager at (419) 353-0032 or siop@siop.org. Please note, we do not issue certificates for Student Affiliates, only for professional members.
