State Affairs Committee Report

There are no problems but I wrote earlier to Lois indicating that we do need to discuss our response to the APA Model Act.  She has suggested a system of requesting input from our members and will be putting together a task force to summarize this material. I will chair that committee.

Because Lois has done so much, I assume this would be a very short item for the board.
