2007 Committee Goals
1) Continue (and possibly expand) the CEMA Sponsored Interactive Poster Session.
2) Assess the perceived inclusiveness of SIOP through quantitative and qualitative methods.
3) Continue the TIP column as well as collaborative authorship in the column among committee members.
4) Increase usage of CEMA listserve.
5) Heighten CEMA visibility within SIOP.
6) Revive the CEMA mentoring program via an ad hoc CEMA mentoring committee.
7) Establish a CEMA best paper award to acknowledge the best paper submitted to the annual conference pertaining to ethnic minorities.
