Building Better Organizations: Industrial-Organizational Psychology in the Workplace
This is an informational brochure about the I-O field and its many aspects. It is available for downloading below. For professionally printed copies, you can order the brochure from the SIOP Office at siop@siop.org.
The brochure has two forms: one for the general public and the other targeted at students. Each brochure can be downloaded in pdf form to be opened by Adobe Acrobat. There is a separate pdf for each side of the brochure, which allows for a faster download time. Also available are html pages with the text of the brochure but not the formatting.

This brochure is geared toward organizations, managers, and other business people. It explains how I-O psychology can help businesses, including two case studies that highlight successful I-O practices within organizations.
