1. Charles Scherbaum, Associate Professor, Baruch College, CUNY, Charles.Scherbaum@baruch.cuny.edu

Charles A. Scherbaum is an associate professor of psychology at Baruch College in the City University of New York. His research focuses on personnel selection, cognitive ability testing, attitudes toward stigmatized employees, quantitative methods, and applied psychometrics. Publications of his research have appeared in journals such as Personnel Psychology, Organizational Research Methods, Educational and Psychological Measurement, and Leadership Quarterly. He is the founder of Cielo Management Consulting, a firm that provides a wide variety of human resource management and employee research consulting services. He received his Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology from Ohio University. 

2. Jolene Skinner, Talent Management Senior Consultant at Dell, Jolene_Skinner@Dell.com

Jolene Skinner, PhD, is as Senior Consultant in Global Talent Management at Dell, where she drives employee engagement, culture, and change leadership. In 2009, she lead the culture integration of Perot Systems, a recent acquisition and the redesign of Tell Dell, Dell's annual global employee survey that taps into the voice of employees. She is currently the lead on the Development team and past Co-Chair of the Work Life Team in WISE, Dell's women's networking group. She is a Board Director for Austin Women in Technology and the Continuing Education Chair of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. 

3. Jeffery Hollowell, SVP , Regional Leadership Specialist, Lee Hecht Harrison, jeffery.hollowell@lhh.com

Dr. Jeffery Hollowell has worked in the areas of executive assessment, coaching, CEO succession planning, merger and acquisition integration, organizational assessment and development, team-dynamics evaluation, and team-effectiveness training. He has consulted across several industries including electric utilities, banking, engineering consulting, general manufacturing, and professional services. Prior to becoming an Organizational Psychologist, Dr. Hollowell had a fifteen-year career in corporate banking and corporate finance with Bank of America, Brown & Root/Halliburton, and Toronto-Dominion Bank. Dr. Hollowell received his bachelor's degree in Finance from Texas A&M University, a MBA in International Business from George Washington University in Washington D.C., and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Houston. 

4. Sylvia Hysong, Researcher, Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center Sylvia.Hysong@va.gov

Sylvia Hysong, PhD is Assistant Professor of Medicine, Section of Health Services Research, at Baylor College of Medicine and Research Investigator of the Health Policy and Quality Program at the Houston VA Medical Center HSR&D Center of Excellence (HSR Center). Dr. Hysong received her doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Rice University (PhD, 2000), and completed a two-year post-doctoral health services research fellowship at the HSR Center in 2007. Her research interests include primary health care as a work environment, performance measurement, feedback systems, and quality improvement of primary health care. Her research has led to the dissemination of 20 publications, and over fifty conference presentations and workshops, with several manuscripts in preparation.

5. Amy D. Grubb, Personnel Psychologist, FBI Amy.Grubb@ic.fbi.gov

Amy D. Grubb, Ph.D., is the Special Assistant to the Executive Assistant Director of the Human Resources Branch at the FBI.  As team leader of the Industrial/Organizational Psychologists at the FBI, she oversees all personnel research initiatives at the FBI.  Dr. Grubb developed the Leadership Development Program, conducts executive coaching, created the Organizational Development team, and introduced an employee engagement and retention process into the organization.  She serves as an expert witness for the Office of the General Counsel, and has oversight of the design, validation, and implementation of assessments within the FBI employee career lifecycle, including the management system implemented under consent decree and the selection systems for both the Special Agent and Intelligence Analyst positions, as well as many specialty positions such as HRT, SWAT, Undercover, etc. She worked as a consultant at The Vandaveer Group, Inc. in Houston, TX, focusing on selection tool development, turnover and climate surveys, and individual assessment for Fortune 500 clients as well as non-profit organizations.  Amy earned her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the University of Houston in Houston TX.
