Champions Identified for SIOP’s 2021 Top 10 Work Trends

Last month the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology announced its annual survey results identifying the Top 10 Work Trends of 2021. Since then, we’ve seen these trends highlighted in several places, including SIOPer and workplace expert Ben Baran’s Indigo Anchor podcast, and on the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s strategy site for small business, providing practical tips to small business owners.

We will be sharing updates on each of these trends in our new “Quarterly Round-Up” feature here in the SIOP Source, made possible by a group of “Topic Champions” identified by the Media Subcommittee of the SIOP Visibility Committee. Champions were identified based on their demonstrated interest in the topic and were selected to represent the diverse base of SIOP members – including academics and practitioners, as well as experts in different phases of their careers.

Look for the first Top Work Trends Quarterly Round-Up in the Source in early April. Thank you, in advance, to our Trend Champions listed below. Read brief bios of the Champions on the Top 10 Work Trends webpage.
