New Year, New Issue of TIP

If your New Year’s resolution is to connect with the latest research, become more involved with SIOP, or reinvigorate your career, then your first step should be to check out the winter 2023 issue of The Industrial-Organizational Psychologist (TIP).

The Bridge column presents insights into the mind of the successful remote worker Opening Up explains the advantages of big team collaboration. The challenges of being a woman of child-bearing age while in a tenure-track faculty position are examined by Nitya Chawla.
