SIOP and the SIOP Foundation, together with our members and donors, are standing against racism.

SIOP President Georgia Chao and the Executive Board issued a statement demonstrating SIOP’s commitment to addressing racism in work contexts. We are supporting the SIOP Foundation’s Anti-Racism Grant program, reactivating our federal advocacy efforts around policing, and listening to the needs and ideas of our members regarding how I-O science and practice can help to solve the problem of racism in the workplace.
