About the Job

This leader will have strategic and tactical responsibility to drive and coordinate talent management programs in Aeronautics with measurable results. Build key partnerships with business and HR leaders, employees and corporate teams to design and deliver TM programs that support achievement of Aero strategic objectives while applying LM standards. Player coach role with executive client group as well as managing a distributed TM team across three states. Design and facilitate talent reviews and succession planning, ensuring alignment to employee development. Ensure quality execution from materials to communications and data insights.

Job Requirements

•Knowledge of talent management principles, management and leadership development principles, and OD principles.

•Proven track record of driving talent management programs

•Possess the ability to tap into the potential of the group, effectively organizing the group’s efforts, investing in the group’s development, and creating a compelling vision inspiring outstanding performance.

•Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple, often conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management skills and success managing developmental programs.

•Possesses a motivation for action including a desire to a standard for excellence and a sense of thoughtful urgency.

•Ability to build trusting relationships at all levels of the organization

•Must have excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with significant experience presenting to audiences of all levels and size. This includes the ability to provide coaching, facilitation, and training in consultation with HRBPs.

•Strong executive presence.

•Demonstrated positive, can-do attitude, energetic, enthusiastic and goal-oriented.

•Committed to learning the Aeronautics business.

•BS/BA in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or Industrial Psychology; MBA or MS in the above fields strongly desired.
