In this role you will be part of the Talent
Assessment team of the Recruiting organization and work closely
with teams across Amazon to assist in the development of innovative
assessment strategies. You will work with I-O psychology staff and
business leaders to perform job analyses, competency modeling,
assessment development activities and assessment validation.
Successful candidates will have experience in assessment
development and statistical analysis, be detail-driven, and have
excellent problem solving abilities.
Interact with project sponsors and multiple business teams.
