About the Job

The Office of Credo and Workplace Engagement, located at our world headquarters in New Brunswick, NJ has an opportunity for a 12 month paid internship position for the selected doctorate level candidate.  Reporting to the Director, Credo Survey and Workplace Engagement Programs, you will analyze survey data by conducting employee engagement driver analysis and linkage studies examining the relationship between organizational culture dimensions, as measured by our enterprise wide CREDO survey, and business outcomes. This involves measurement, research design, statistical analysis, and data-based business insights.  You will also support the global administration, reporting, and action planning processes associated with the CREDO survey.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate: (1) would have completed his/her Ph.D. level coursework in I/O Psychology, Statistics, or a related field; (2) is completing their dissertation; (3) is able to work 32-40 hours per week while completing the dissertation; and (4) is passionate about data, analytics, and their application in a business context.
-Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods, including proficiency in SPSS or SAS
-Significant expertise with survey research including item development, questionnaire design, instrument/test reliability, factor analysis, and validity assessment (especially predictive validity).
-Significant previous experience with multivariate statistical analysis (e.g. Regression, Structural Equation Modeling, ANOVA)
-Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
