The ideal candidate: (1) would have completed his/her Ph.D. level coursework in I/O Psychology, Statistics, or a related field; (2) is completing their dissertation; (3) is able to work 32-40 hours per week while completing the dissertation; and (4) is passionate about data, analytics, and their application in a business context.
-Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods, including proficiency in SPSS or SAS
-Significant expertise with survey research including item development, questionnaire design, instrument/test reliability, factor analysis, and validity assessment (especially predictive validity).
-Significant previous experience with multivariate statistical analysis (e.g. Regression, Structural Equation Modeling, ANOVA)
-Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
