About the Job

The Organization Development Analyst at Collective Brands, Inc. is member of a high-performing Organization Development/Learning & Development team.  The mission of the OD team is to build effective and efficient HR solutions that drive organizational development and effectiveness through structure, process, strategy and the selection, development, engagement and retention of top talent.  The CBI OD team operates as a center of excellence and resource for all of the company business units.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Masters degree in Industrial/Organizatinal psychology or Experience: Business (Phd. preferred)
  • Experience in I/0 organization development-related position
  • Background in HR best practices
  • Proven track record in working effectively with others to acheive results
  • Minimum of 3 years experience

  • Team/player relationship builder with strong influencing, organizational and negotiating skills
  • Ability to build partnerships & work through others to influence
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leaders
