Thank you to everyone who submitted commentaries for the following articles:

Teaching I-O Psychology to Undergraduate Students: Do We Practice What We Preach? by Lisa Kath, Nicholas Salter, Peter Bachiochi, Kenneth Brown, and Mikki Hebl

Pandemics: Implications for Research and Practice in Industrial and Organizational Psychology by Cort W. Rudolph,  Blake Allan, Malissa Clark, Guido Hertel, Andreas Hirschi, Florian Kunze, Kristen Shockley, Mindy Shoss, Sabine Sonnentag, and Hannes Zacher

Due to the tremendous response (39 commentaries for the Kath article and 70 for the Rudolph), these focal articles will appear in separate issues, 13 #4 and 14 #1. Therefore, there will be a delay in posting new focal articles to accommodate this change in workflow. Please check back later in the year for updates.

In addition, due to the large number of commentaries, there may be delays in the review and acceptance process. Please note that we are being especially careful to make sure every commentary is evaluated, but the online system may not reflect updates.

Please contact Jen Baker in the SIOP Administrative Office at jbaker@siop.org if you have any questions or concerns.

Thank you!
