Registration is now open for APA 2020, which will include presentations from several SIOPers. Virtual sessions will be available on demand beginning August 6, 2020 and will be accessible through August 1, 2021.

Last month, the SIOP Foundation began collecting contributions for its new Anti-Racism Grant, a step toward addressing racism in work contexts using I-O science and practice.

SIOP and the SIOP Foundation are pleased to announce that the submission site for proposals is now open; it will close at 5 p.m. ET Monday, July 27.

SIOP would like to welcome all new members – and welcome back existing members who recently renewed. As the premier professional association dedicated to advancing the field of I-O psychology, we have nearly 10,000 annual members worldwide who find value in a SIOP membership in relationship to their careers and educational pursuits.

For 35 years, the SIOP Annual Conference has brought together thousands of I-O psychology practitioners, educators, and students from around the world to network, share knowledge, and form lifelong professional connections and friendships. As COVID-19 has shown us, we never know what challenges are ahead, but SIOP is committed to continuing this valuable tradition of convening and “moving forward,” as President Georgia Chao has envisioned.

The SIOP 2021 conference committee, led by Conference Chair Whitney Botsford Morgan and Program Chair Emily Solberg, has begun planning for next year’s conference, which is scheduled for April 15-17 at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside.
