The premier event in industrial-organizational psychology, SIOP’s 3-day annual conference features more than 300 sessions, an exhibit hall, social activities, one theme track of programming, and a job placement center. Approximately 4,000 industrial and organizational psychologists, employers, consultants, and students attend this educational and networking event.

SIOP’s Partner Program provides potential sponsors with opportunities that encourage year-round commitment to SIOP through various methods of sponsorship. The program includes a website with information for sponsors, including a complete list of promotional opportunities for organizations seeking access to SIOP’s members and event attendees.
A few years ago SIOP unveiled a renewed effort to create and maintain partnerships between the society and sponsors with the SIOP Partner Program.
The program was built in response to feedback from SIOP’s sponsors regarding ways to improve the avenues for supporting the society, including the addition of new sponsorship opportunities and a multi-level recognition system.
Sponsorship opportunities that have been added in recent years include a mobile planner and social media sponsorship, lanyards at the Annual Conference, and coffee break stations at the conference and Consortium. The program also brings the old avenues for sponsorship together, so sponsors can purchase advertisements in TIP and program advertisements all under one umbrella program.
The multi-level recognition system keeps track of partner sponsorships. Annual Partner levels are reached through the accumulated purchases of conference and consortium opportunities and advertising in TIP.
