Joseph Thompson is a talent transformation strategist, human capital futurist, and consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. He leads teams helping business and HR leaders navigate the post-pandemic world of work.  Mr. Thompson is a seasoned expert in workforce strategy, with more than 20 years of experience working in technical, consulting, and government organizations driving innovation in talent management.

 

In his work, he helps clients to better integrate technology (and analytics) into operations and talent management and to consider the impacts of technology on talent, and vice versa.  As a consultant, he advises and helps client teams with a range of organizational transformation, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, change enablement, talent management, culture, and modern workplace challenges.  A recognized human capital expert, he holds multiple professional certifications.  He earned a bachelor of Engineering Science (Nuclear) degree from the University of Texas, and a master of Science degree from the National Intelligence University.

She brings extensive experience in building comprehensive talent strategy as the Global head of Strategic Capabilities Delivery and talent business partner at Philips, a leading global health technology company committed to enhancing health and well-being and driving better outcomes across the health continuum. At Philips, she also led Organizational Capabilities, establishing a globally integrated approach to skills development within HR and leadership.

Her roles encompass strategic organizational transformation and the cultivation of high-performance teams, emphasizing software, R&D, manufacturing, and quality & regulatory capabilities in international markets. She leverages agile methodology, daily management, and Lean Six Sigma to drive efficiency and quality in talent and capability delivery.
