About the Job

Job Purpose:

 

You will design and administer survey projects for your clients such as 360 degree feedback, team surveys and organizational culture surveys.

 

You will be responsible for providing advice to our consultants and clients on survey design, administration and  survey project management.  

 

A core aspect to the role is to build strong client relationships.

 

You will manage your own clients, working collaboratively with our consultants, research and operations staff to grow the business through exceptional client service and strong relationships. You will also have the opportunity to pitch work, write proposals and provide insightful presentations.

 

YSC Online consistently strives to be innovative in the market, so you will also be expected to contribute your ideas for  new products and system developments.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

 

Your daily tasks will include the management of online surveys, from development of the survey and project timeline through to reporting and analysis of data using descriptive statistics. You will be regularly communicating with clients at differing levels of seniority and experience, including   C-suite executives.

 

You will find yourself regularly moving through a variety of tasks across several concurrent projects, so being able to effectively prioritise, work flexibly and adapt to change is key to your success in this role.

 

YSC Online remains competitive by offering tailored solutions to clients, being flexible and highly responsive.  Therefore you will need to meet deadlines and help clients to meet them, flex with the client and regularly follow up to ensure client satisfaction.

 

You will need to be an active member of the Americas and Global YSC Online Team, contributing your ideas for improvements to processes and/or the system and testing new functionality as it is developed.

 

You will also have the opportunity to provide analysis of survey data using Excel (pivot tables, charts and basic formulae) to produce useful and insightful presentations for clients, highlighting key themes in the data that clients can use for development planning  and to inform their organizational strategy.

 

Internal Responsibilities:

 

YSC Online is responsible for the collection of on-going benchmarking data and the management and administration of online psychometrics for our Americas business.

 

You will be responsible for monitoring and recording invoicing information for the work that you provide using our in-house invoicing system.

 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary up to $50k, depending on skills and experience.

You should also be quick to pick up new skills and jargon, and be comfortable using email and telephone as key methods of communicating
  • This is an office based role
  • You will be working out of our NYC office in Midtown Manhattan
  • There will be limited but occasional need for travel (roughly once a quarter)
