About the Job

Essential Functions:

  • Primarily this position will conduct employee assessments for selection, high potential talent identification and leadership development.
  • Responsibilities may include: 360s, executive coaching, and team and leadership development, depending on the skills and experience of the Senior Consultant. Survey design and organizational research experience is an asset but not a requirement.
  • Create strong, trusted advisor partnerships with clients.
  • Build relationships with core clients and serve as key account manager.
  • Develop a keen appreciation of clients’ strategic business goals, culture, values and Talent Management needs.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve client objectives.

Job Requirements


  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in I/O, counseling psychology or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in role performing similar duties
  • Significant experience working with senior level positions conducting employment selection, high potential and leadership assessments
  • Experience in one or more of the following is desirable:  Assessments, 360 Surveys, Survey Design and Organizational Research, Executive Coaching, Team Development and/or Organizational Development
