IPAT is searching for a Senior Consulting Psychologist to work
with customers to support our business development efforts in the
HR/OD selection market with the 16PF® Questionnaire. The
successful candidate will understand the 16PF and the value of
assessment for selection or employee development; experience
working in that area would be an advantage. He/She will be
responsible for creating and providing certification training,
webinars, and presentations at national conferences. He/She will
need to be capable of conducting basic psychometric analyses, as
well as job analysis. The successful candidate will also have
excellent communication and listening skills, be self- motivated,
trustworthy, accountable, flexible, and enthusiastic about their
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with customers and IPAT Business Development to increase
usage of IPAT products and services.
- Support Business Development efforts with extended product
knowledge and specific advice around tailoring reports and
- Design (where appropriate) and deliver IPAT certification
training, including for customers at their location.
- Create additional training modules, including webinar
curriculum, to support product sales in the selection and
organizational development market.
- Strategize on presentations to create and deliver (with
customers where possible) on IPAT products at state or national
conferences to increase brand awareness.
- Liaison with customers concerning research needs to help create
project plans and work with the R&D team to deliver analyses on
time and within scope and budget.
- Secure and conduct consulting work such as job analysis,
profile analyses, validation etc. to support sales of the 16PF
Salary and Compensation
Annual salary and compensation for the position as described
above will be competitive depending upon education and experience.

The position is located in company headquarters in Champaign,
Illinois. Some travel (20-25%) is required.
