About the Job

The Global Talent Management group is recruiting a Senior Analyst, Human Capital Analytics for a one-year full time assignment in New Brunswick, NJ. The Senior Analyst will have responsibility for gathering and analyzing data using statistical methods, tools, and applications in order to report and evaluate the outcomes, effectiveness, and ROI of talent processes and initiatives such as recruiting, global mobility, leadership development, executive coaching, and executive assessment. To accomplish this, the incumbent will lead a series of workshops to determine areas of focus for the study. He/she will then identify and collect the data, run the analysis, and "tell the story" to drive meaningful actions. As a functional specialist, the incumbent will also conduct benchmarking analysis and perform other human capital analysis. 

Job Requirements

Eligible candidates must hold at minimum a Master’s degree or equivalent (e.g., ABD) in I/O Psychology or related fields. A minimum of three years working in the human capital analytics space is required. Knowledge of advanced statistical tools (e.g., SAS or SPSS) and measurement methods is required (e.g., multiple regression, structural equation modeling, survival analysis). Excellent collaboration skills are required.
