We invite you to save the date for the 2023 SIOP Leading Edge Consortium where thought leaders who have pushed assessment forward in the past 5 years will share contemporary research and guidance on how organizations can chart a course forward.

This program is an introductory-level program open to anyone interested in learning more about talent assessment.

Registration for the 2023 SIOP Leading Edge Consortium will open the first week of July. There are a limited number of seats available for this year’s event, and we have reached capacity. The registration rates for the event are:

Preconsortium Workshops

There will be three virtual Preconsortium Workshops this year taking a deeper dive into the topic of assessment. Workshops are now open to all registrants; register for workshops. Dates and times can be found on the Workshops page. CE credit will be available.

Hotel Information

The Warwick Hotel is now full. However, SIOP has secured a room block at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar Philadelphia, 117 South 17th Street. Only a 3-minute walk from the Warwick (0.1 mile), the hotel features many great amenities, including Kimpton's custom-designed PUBLIC bikes for a ride around town.

Three virtual Preconsortium Workshops will provide a deeper dive into the topic of assessment. Workshops are open to LEC registrants only and can be added on during the registration process.

If you would like to gain a current understanding of the state of assessment science or learn how organizations are implementing and evolving their assessment practices for the future, join us for this dynamic look at talent assessment science and practice. The 2023 LEC is limited to 200 registrants, and we expect significant interest in this core I-O topic.
