A confluence of forces is impacting talent assessment in organizations, resulting in confusion and opportunity.

We invite you to save the date for the 2023 SIOP Leading Edge Consortium where thought leaders who have pushed assessment forward in the past 5 years will share contemporary research and guidance on how organizations can chart a course forward.

This program is an introductory-level program open to anyone interested in learning more about talent assessment.

Registration

Registration for the 2023 SIOP Leading Edge Consortium will open the first week of July. There are a limited number of seats available for this year’s event, and we have reached capacity. The registration rates for the event are:

Preconsortium Workshops

There will be three virtual Preconsortium Workshops this year taking a deeper dive into the topic of assessment. Workshops are now open to all registrants; register for workshops. Dates and times can be found on the Workshops page. CE credit will be available.

Hotel Information

The Warwick Hotel is now full. However, SIOP has secured a room block at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar Philadelphia, 117 South 17th Street. Only a 3-minute walk from the Warwick (0.1 mile), the hotel features many great amenities, including Kimpton's custom-designed PUBLIC bikes for a ride around town.

3 Virtual Preconsortium Workshops Available

In addition to learning about contemporary talent assessment research and hearing guidance on how organizations can chart a course forward, attendees of the 2023 SIOP Leading Edge Consortium can also choose to register for one or more of three virtual preconsortium workshops.

Talent Assessment Strategies for the Future will provide a timely, dynamic look at talent assessment science and practice. These workshops will provide a deeper dive into this topic. CE credit will be available.

Workshops are only open to LEC registrants; you can register for a workshop when you register for the LEC. If you have already registered for the LEC, you can go back and add a workshop by logging into your SIOP account.
